Six Formula DRIFT races this season and nine podium finishes for GT Radial with driver Dylan Hughes capturing 2nd place in Seattle on Aug. 12.

The largest crowd in the Seattle event’s history turned out to watch the Formula DRIFT PRO Championship Round 6 and witnessed GT Radial drivers finish in the top 3 in the qualifying round on Aug. 11. Matt Field was on top in his Borla Performance / GT Radial Corvette. GT Radial driver Aurimas “Odi” Bakchis was also looking strong in 2ndn place qualifying and his teammate Simen Olsen rounded out the top 3 in qualifying.

Field, Bakchis and Olsen all put forth very aggressive efforts in the final round on Aug. 12 but were unfortunately eliminated. Hughes came through, however, with a 2nd place finish and GT Radial continued its string of podium finishes.

With two rounds to go, the Driving Standings and Tire Cup for the 2023 Formula DRIFT season are very much up for grabs with GT Radial in good position in both.
